Work at St Benedict’s continues although the stripping of the paint from round the arches has proved more difficult than expected. However sanding down the stonework, mostly by hand, has produced good results. As well as this, the new floor has been laid and now awaits the laying of the tiles, scheduled to start this week. These photographs show the progress made so far.
