Services
Unfortunately we have to cancel our Sunday Services at this time.
Our Sunday Morning Service is available on Facebook and You tube.
Funerals
Funerals can take place in St Benedict’s. The maximum number of attendees is 30
The clinically extremely vulnerable to COVID-19 should stay at home as much as possible and observe social distancing guidance.
St Benedict’s is open for private prayer.
You are welcome to use our church between 9.00am and 4.00pm to sit and pray quietly. We pray that you know God close to you and your loved ones.
If you are displaying any COVID 19 symptoms, for everyone’s safety please do not enter. Obviously, we care about you so if you contact us on 01902 897700 we will keep you in our prayers.
To keep us all safe and well we ask that everyone would:
As you enter…
Apply anti-bac gel to your hands.
Wear a face mask
Collect a laminated card “I sat here”
Register with the Track and Trace App
Or
collect a sheet of paper and a pen from the tray.
While you are in our Church.
Remain in one place to pray
Give other people at least 3 m personal space if they are in the church already.
Keep silence in church throughout. This is in order not to distract others as they pray.
If you haven’t used the Track and Trace app write your name on the paper (This is so that we can keep a record of who has been in here.)
Carefully Light a prayer candle on the votive candle stand
Prayer requests can be pinned to our prayer board
As you leave…
Leave the card where you were (so that we can wipe down the surfaces afterwards).
Put the paper and pen in the box by the door
If you wish to make a donation to the church put it in the wall safe by the main door. (Thank You for your donation.)
On departure, gel your hands and exit through the door
Please Note: There is no access to the toilets
