Remembrance Sunday

Our service at St. Benedict’s are:- 8.00am Holy Communion 9.30am Holy Communion 10.45am An act of Remembrance at the War Memorial. Royal British Legion crosses are available in Church for those that wish to place them by the War Memorial.

All Soul’s Tide.

There will be a service of thanksgiving and prayer for those who have died over the last year at St. Benedict’s on Saturday 6th November at 4.00pm. All are welcome to join us.

Sunday Club

On Sunday 5th September we were very excited to welcome the children from Sunday club back into our church.  They all had a great time making name rosettes, welcome signs, playing party games and receiving a wonderful helium balloon.  It is great to have Sunday club back on every Sunday!

Tower work

Stonemasons have started work on restoring the stonework on the lower section of the tower. Villagers may remember the restoration of the upper sections of the tower about 30years ago.
